Hi there! I'm Ashley, a Master of Social Work (MSW) practicing in Maryland. I'm here to support you through individual and couples therapy, helping you navigate life's ups and downs while uncovering your strengths and building resilience. I assist clients in developing a personal map of identity and values that serves as a guiding tool throughout various life stages.Whether you're exploring your identity, working through life changes, deepening your relationships, or setting healthy boundaries, I'm committed to walking this journey with you. Education

I earned my Master of Social Work from Salisbury University and my Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Colorado at Boulder. I have specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I am currently supervised by Kate Sollitto, LCSW-C.
